Party dresses

Rachel had gone window shopping with Greta and Monica. Greta didn't really have a wedding on her mind just yet, she just wanted to browse the shops to see if anything was her.
Verdict? Na da!

"Nothing here is meant for me. Nothing screams Greta Chanel come and get me, I was born for your bod!" Greta said as they ate corndogs. "Or something similiar." She said throwing her stick away.
"I could make you something." Monica offered.
"Mon honey you are a great cook. I just cant wear food to my wedding." Greta said. "Joey will want to save THAT for the honeymoon." She said laughing.
"I think I got something you would want." Monica said. "My mom is getting rid of a of her 70's clothes."
"What are you gonna do?" Rachel asked. "Take clothes rip them apart and put them together like Andie in Pretty in Pink?"
"Sure." Monica said. "I worked for Molly Ringwald. Look who she landed. Blaine - Andrew McCarthy."
"I'm more a Ducky woman myself." Rachel said.
"I wonder why? A funny guy." Greta said raising her eyebrow.
"What?" Rachel asked. "Stop that! This has nothing to do with Chandler!" Monica looked at her. "Don't look at me, eat your hotdog!"
"Don't forget, you brought it up." Greta pointed at her.
Rachel grunted. "I got to get back to work." She tossed her dog away. "Bye."
"Where the heck she going?" Greta asked. "She has no job."
"She has a job with Phoebe. Limo massage." Monica said. Greta looked at her. "Ok, Phoebe has a massage futon in the back of a limo. Rachel drives the limo around and Phoebe does her magic in the back." Greta smiled. "Get your mind out of the gutter! Professional only!"
"I wasn't thinking anything, honestly." Greta raised her hand in a solemn oath.
"Ok." Monica said.

Later

Rachel stormed down the street working on the steam of her own anger at her "sister in law" and soon to be "Friend in law".
"God they act like Chandler is all I think about." She said to herself. "You're talking to yourself in the middle of the street at rush hour. Not a good thing." She called a cab and hopped in. She gave the driver directions and sat back. She felt a strange vibrating feeling in her side. Her cell phone was ringing. She had it set on vibrate as not to interrupt lunch.
She picked up her cell phone as it rang in her pocketbook.
"Hi?" She said.
"Hey." Ross said. He was at work. "How are you?"
"Pretty good. I went to lunch with Monica and Greta." She said. "I have the reciepts if you want to check." she noted.
"What for? We don't do taxes till next year." Ross said. "I gotta talk to you this afternoon about something important. Something that might affect us and a lot of other people."
"Oh?" Rachel asked.
"I'll be home at five. I'll get some dinner for us." He said. "See you then." He said.
"Ok." Rachel said and hung up her end.

Chandlers Office

Chandler was talking on the phone.
"So we're gonna get a new boss here in a few weeks. Someone new to look up to. I just hope he isnt as stupid as my last boss." Chandler said.
"Hey I take exception to that." Wesley said "I was your last boss."
"I know. They broke the mold when they made you." Chandler said as Rachel walked in.
"I know, I did it so they won't do anything else stupid." Wesley said.
"I gotta go." Chandler said looking at Rachel as she read some posters on the wall.
"Ok." Wesley said. "Say hi to her for me."
"What?" Chandler said as the line went dead.
"Hey." She said.
"Hi." He said getting up. "How are you?"
"Pretty good." Rachel said. She smiled. "Wesley? How ddi he know it was me."
"I think we both the answer to that." Chandler said. Rachel nodded. "Whats up?"
"I have something for you." She said. She handed him an envelope.
"What is it?" Chandler asked.
"A coupon for two free massages. Courtesy of Limo-ssage." Rachel said. "Phoebe thought of the name."
"Thanks." Chandler asked. "Do I get anything I want?"
"I dunno. I won't be the one giving the massage." She said. "I gave one to the guy we got the limo from. He has a really dirty mind."
"He's getting fired next week. He'll need to feel good about something." Chandler said. "I'm getting a new boss in a few weeks. It will be a little shaky around here. Most of us don't know if we will be here for christmas." Chandler said.
"Well you're the best at what you do." Rachel said.
"If you mean massive sucking up, I'm the best of the biz." Chandler said. "Why are you really here?"
"Ross wants to talk to me when he gets home from work." Rachel said. "I get the feeling the other shoe is gonna drop. And when it does its gonna make a lot of noise."
"Especially if its one of your clogs, they are very heavy." Chandler noted.
"I don't know if I want to go home or not. I want to sneak back to my old room at your place and hide under my bed until someone comes in and tells me everything is gonna be all right. That nothing is as bad as it looks." She said looking up at him.
Chandler took her in his arms and hugged her tight.
"Everythings gonna be allright. Nothing is as bad as it looks." Chandler said softly.
"Thanks. But I don't think it will work just yet." Rachel said pulling away. "Those words are like magic yet. I just have to wait and see. I gotta go home. Ohterwise...I don't know otherwise." She said leaving.

Ross was home. And he was early.
"Hey." Rachel said. "You're early."
"I wanted to tell you something. Last week I paid someone to arrange something for us."
"What?" She asked.
"We're getting married two weeks from now." Ross informed her. "It's already paid for, the wedding planner is looking for a church and a dress in your size. I already have a tux."
"What?" Rachel asked.
"You heard me. I won't be happy till I know you and Chandler won't be together again." He looked at her. "I know the real story, you and Chandler and the barn. Bat? What a crock of crud!"
"Ok. It's true." Rachel said. "But it was that one time."
"I knew it." Ross said. "I just had that feeling again, the type that tells you somethings wrong."
"But if marrying you again is what it takes for you to forgive me, even trust me again. Then I guess thats what we got to do." She said.
"I'll see you later." Ross said. He looked at her as he left.
Rachel sat down and looked at the mirror.
"I guess its now or never is it?" She asked herself. Her reflection had no answer for her.
