Chandler greeted Monica as she came out of the room where Rachel was getting dressed.
"How is out lovely bride to be?" Chandler asked her.
"She is so nervous, shes shaking like a leaf. If I put a blender in her hand we could make martinis while we waited for her." Monica said.
"That is a novel idea." Chandler said. "I'll go to the liquor store, you go be best man."
"Come on. Be serious." Monica chided him. "Hey remember the last wedding we were at?"
"Uh, you and the no show? Couldn't forget that." Chandler blew a raspberry.
"No, the one in london, the one where we, you know." Monica said sligtly hinted with her hands.
"Oh yea, that. That was nice, very nice while it lasted." Chandler noted as Joey walked up with Phoebe.
"Phoebe! Hi!" Monica hugged her friend.
"I'm here to do the brides hair." Phoebe said opening the door. "It's only me!" She disapeared.
"What were you guys talking about?" Joey said turning to them. "What? The kids are with Ross." He said.
"We were talking about me and Monica, when we were together." Chandler said. "Also we did for a millisecond wonder where the kids were."
"Oh yea," Monica said "That was a sorta big concern." She stared off into space.
"Okay," Joey said. "Look, I'm gonna go sit in the church and wait for Phoebe to come back." He left, giving both Chandler and Monica a strange look.
"What are we doing out here?" Chandler asked.
"Beats me, lets find somewhere to sit." Monica said. They walked to the entrance to the main church area where they encountered a familiar couple.
"Wesley! Alison!" Chandler said greeting the couple. "So nice to see you."
"Nice to see you too." Alison smiled and hugged Chandler. "We couldn't miss Rachels wedding for all the tea in China." She kissed Chandlers cheek.
"Thats a lot of tea." Wesley noted. He shook Chandlers hand. "I'm not kissing you. Hope you're not upset by that."
"No no." Chandler shook his head. "You never met Monica Geller, Rachels soon to be sister in law."
"We hear all kinds of things about you two." Monica said.
"They're all true." Wesley pointed. "Every single one of them."
"I'm gonna be singing a song for Ross and Rachel." Alison said. "Wesley will back me up on guitar." She said pointing out a black, worn out guitar case at his feet.
"You can play guitar?" Chandler asked in wonderment.
"It's one of my many hidden talents." Wesley nodded. Then he pointed at Chandler. "Shut up Chandler, I know exactly what you're thinking." He took his guitar case. "We're gonna set up."
Chandler and Monica watched them go.
"He's knows what your thinking." Monica repeated.
"I know, theres something so frightening about that." Chandler said. He extended his arm. "Ready?"
"Ready." She took it. He led her back over to the door to the room where Rachel was sitting. "I'll wait for her here. Ross should be up front by now." Chandler turned on a heel and marched out the door.

Phoebe opened the door and Rachel soon followed her out. Monica turned to her, and gazed at Rachel in all her glory.
"Oh my god, Rachel. You look fantastic!" Monica sighed.
"Only fantastic?" Phoebe scoffed. "Come here Rachel, I gotta fix your hair again.

Ross stood at the alter and he took a deep breath, then he let it out slowly. The weird hissing sound he made when exhaling caught Chandlers ear.
"What are you doing, wheezy?" He asked in a whisper.
"This is my third wedding." Ross said. "I have been up here three times counting today."
"That sounds right, you do know your math." Chandler agreed.
"I have been waiting for this for a long time. I want to be with Rachel longer than I was with Carol and Emily combined." Ross said. "This is my perfect wedding day. I don't want anything to go wrong with it."
Chandler looked away from his friend as the old lady at the organ started to play. The wedding march rang throughout the church. On the first few chords Joey and Phoebe walked down the isle with Jenny and Jamie. Jenny and Jamie both dropped small flowers from cute little whicker baskets. Monica followed them, walking alone, she looked up at Chandler and Ross. She winked at Ross, then she stood besides Phoebe.
Then the big moment. Rachel, with veil over her face, started to walk down the isle, looking majestic, and very queen like. She looked around, then tried to keep from tripping over her own train. She smiled at Ross as she approached him. He took her hand, it looked so small in his large fist. They both turned to the preacher.

"Love is a wonderful thing," The preacher said. "especially this kind of love that can unite people for the ages. An eternal kind of love, is the kind of love that God himself has wished upon all his people, no matter who they are." He finished. "A few of Ross and Rachels friends have prepared some tributes of their love for each other."
Alison and Wesley went to their spot. Wesley sat down with his guitar and started playing a mellow note.
Alison weakly smiled then raised her microphone to her mouth.
"I just swear
That I'll always be there
I'd give anything and everything
And I will always care
Through weakness and strength
Happiness and sorrow
For better or for worse
I will love you
With every beat of my heart"

Ross looked at Rachel and Rachel squinted at Ross, she could barely see through her veil.

Alison continued.
"From this moment life has begun
From this moment you are the one
Right beside you is where I belong
From this moment on
From this moment I have been blessed
I live only for your happiness
And for your love
I'd give my last breath
From this moment on
I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can't wait to live my life with you
Can't wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you
From this moment as long as I live
I will love you
I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment on"

She then stopped allowing Wesley to play a little guitar interlude. Then after a little polite applause she finished the song.

Your the reason I believe in love
And your the answer to my prayers from up above
All we need is just the two of us
My dreams came true because of you
From this moment as long as I live
I will love you
I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment
I will love you (I will love you)
As long as I live
From this moment on"

Alison then took a deep breath. "Ross and Rachel, we hope you have the very best in your years ahead together."
"Yeah, good luck to you, you crazy kids." Wesley said. Ross and Rachel sighed and looked at each other.
Phoebe stood up and got the microphone from Alison when they left the stage. "Ok, I got something to say to Ross and Rachel." Pheobe spoke. "I know that I promised to read some poem. But I think I lost it." She said sadly. Joey poked her in the arm. "Oh no, here it is." Phoebe finished.
"Here are Ross and Rachel together.
We hope they will be forever
But if the marriage goes to heck,
Can we have our gravy boat back?" Pheobe looked at Joey who shrugged. "I guess thats it. Good luck!"
She walked off the stage after puting the microphone back on the stand.
"We have such great friends." Rachels said.
The preacher resumed his spot. Ross and Rachel looked at the preacher.
"If anyone in this church objects to this union of Ross Geller and Rachel Green, please speak now or forever hold your peace."
There was a moment of silence. Ross and Rachel turned and looked at the crowd behind them, hoping no one would jump up.
Then suddenly someone cleared their throat. Ross and Rachel looked at the person, with great alarm.
"You?" Rachel said. "Why would you want to stop the wedding?"
